CREATE - How To Split Video

The split tool divides one video into two, allowing you to edit, or move the clips separately.

First, Lock any tracks on the timeline that contain videos or objects you do not want to split.

Position the playhead on the timeline where you want to make the split.

Click the split button to cut the video.
